James R. Krendl often acts as senior general counsel, with emphasis in long-term business planning, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions.

Cathy S. Krendl is a past president of the Denver Bar Association, and authors “Colorado Methods of Practice,” the definitive treatise on Colorado law. She has been listed in Best Lawyers in America  for 12 years, most recently for corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She frequently counsels attorneys and directors on compliance with fiduciary duties and securities laws.

Lee F. Sachnoff practices general corporate and business law and real estate, with a special focus in complex private equity offerings, commercial loans and other financings. He also works closely with many of the firm’s clients in the organic foods industry.

Sherri D. Way has a background in financial and tax accounting and practices chiefly in mergers, acquisitions, securities and secured transactions law. She also focuses on representation of private equity groups and portfolio companies in connection with real estate investments and other acquisitions.

David C. Cripe practices in the areas of real estate and general corporate law, with an emphasis of providing legal counsel to technology based businesses.

Gil B. Rosenthal has a background in international finance. He advises clients regularly on tax, international law and transaction matters.

Jolyn J. Moses practices general corporate and business law, with a special focus in mergers, acquisitions, private equity offerings, commercial loans and other financings. She also provides legal advice to clients in the areas of standard contracts, employment, protection of intellectual property, entity formation, and corporate/LLC governance.

Our senior tax partner, John C. Siegesmund, has a Master’s Degree in taxation and over 30 years of practical tax experience.  Both Mr. Rosenthal and Jeremy S.
