Whitney A. Kopicky  Mrs. Kopicky is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University (B.S., summa cum laude, 2002) and Michigan State University College of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 2007).  While Mrs. Kopicky attended MSU Law she was Editor in Chief of the Business and Securities Law Journal, was selected for the King Scholar Fellowship in recognition of her high academic achievement, and served as a clinician at the Small Business and Nonprofit Clinic.  She was awarded the Jurisprudence Award in Negotiation and Drafting for Corporations, Corporate Finance Law, and Law Practice Management as well as placing as a finalist in the Nystrom Best Brief Competition.  Mrs. Kopicky practices in all areas of our firm's practice.
