Sherri D. Way. Ms. Way is a graduate of Regis College (B.S., magna cum laude) and the University of Denver College of Law (J.D., 1990). She graduated second in her law school class, was associate general editor of the Denver Law Review, and is a member of the Order of St. Ives. Ms. Way was employed as an accountant for seven years prior to attending law school and has experience in the areas of financial and tax accounting. She practices in the area of corporate law, with particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and securities and insurance law. She is a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Denver College of Law. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Way was associated with the Denver office of Kirkland & Ellis.
