Lee F. Sachnoff. Mr. Sachnoff is a graduate of Brandeis University (B.A., cum laude, 1985) and the University of Colorado (J.D., 1988). He is a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Sachnoff practices general corporate law, commercial law and debt and equity financings, with particular emphasis on complex transactional work including private equity financings and large commercial loans. Mr. Sachnoff has represented several clients in the organic and natural foods industry. Mr. Sachnoff also works with many of the firm’s start-up businesses offering advice and guidance on choice of entity, creating standard forms and contracts, and protecting proprietary information (trade secrets, confidential business information and trade names). He is also active in our real estate practice.

Mr. Sachnoff was a lecturer at the 2001 Business Law Institute and contributed the article, "Putting the Fun Back in Funding," 2001 Business Law Institute (CLE in Colorado, Inc. 2001)
