David C. Cripe. Mr. Cripe is a graduate of the Colorado College (B. A., with distinction , 1990) and the University of Colorado (J.D., 1997), where he served as the Technical Production Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cripe was associate general counsel at NaPro BioTherapeutics, Inc., a public pharmaceutical company headquartered in Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Cripe recently authored the chapter on Deeds in Colorado Methods of Practice.  His practice consists of general corporate and business law, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, general commercial and contract work, real estate and providing legal counsel to technology-based businesses.
